Challenge

The organization’s dynamic growth and frequent changes in its employment structure led EXPONDO POLSKA to seek a modern ERP system that would: -streamline HR and payroll processes, -ensure compliance with Polish labor law regulations, -enable integration with the global systems used within the group, -provide a stable and scalable solution for the years to come. Solution

The company serves customers in multiple countries, handling sales from its central warehouse in Łódź while dynamically expanding its e-commerce channels.
